Sales Policy

Article 1: Introduction and acceptance clause

These sales policy are concluded between any non-commercial person (“the buyer”) wishing to make a purchase via the website www.udones.ma, and the company TEMASA with capital of 25 000 000 MAD, registered in the Trade Register of TETOUAN under number 1213, whose head office is located at BP 6009 Industrial Park Route Martil – TETOUAN MOROCCO. Contact: contact@udones.ma from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Article 2: Content:

The purpose of these sales policy is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of the items offered by the seller to the buyer, on the website www.udones.ma. The buyer declares to have taken knowledge of these sales policy and having accepted them before purchasing it immediately or placing an order. In this regard, the buyer is clearly informed and recognizes that the website is aimed at consumers (non-traders) and that professionals must contact the commercial´s department in order to benefit from separate contractual conditions.

Article 3: Acceptance of sales policy:

These sales policy are accessible at the bottom of each page of our site and must be consulted before placing the order. The buyer acknowledges having had communication before placing his order, in a readable and understandable manner. The following information shall be sent to the buyer in a clear and understandable manner:

  • The essential characteristics of the article;
  • The price of the item;
  • Additional shipping costs.

The customer provides us with the following information:

  • Their name, the geographic address of their establishment, their phone number and their e-mail address;
  • The terms of payment (by card through CMI or on delivery) and delivery.

Article 4: Process of placing the order:

The buyer will proceed with the order as follows:

  1. Selection of the desired product, color, size and quantities;
  2. Add to the shopping cart ;
  3. Creation of a customer account in the case of a first purchase or log-in if the buyer already has an account;
  4.  Selection of the delivery and necessary data for the delivery;
  5. Data´s verification;
  6. Secure payment or choice of cash on delivery.

The buyer has the possibility to place his order online for any type of product available on our site www.udones.ma , within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the buyer will be informed directly on the said product sheet. For the order to be validated, the buyer must accept, by clicking on the place indicated, these sales policy.

The seller insists on the importance of carefully checking the contents of his order before validation.

In certain cases, in particular non-payment, incorrect address or other problem on the buyer’s account, the seller reserves the right to block the buyer’s order until the problem is resolved.

Article 5: Order confirmation, method of payment and proof of the transaction:

The online supply of the buyer’s credit card number or the choice of cash on delivery and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the buyer’s agreement:

  • Payability of sums due under the purchase order;
  • Signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.

An email is automatically sent to the buyer to confirm the order has been taken, provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain an error. The buyer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information provided.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the return will be borne by the buyer. The seller does not send any order confirmation by post.

The digital registers, kept in the online systems of the seller under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

It is an order with obligation of choice of payment either a payment by credit card via the intermediary CMI or a cash payment on delivery, which means that the placing of the order implies a payment by the buyer…

The seller reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by bank card from officially accredited bodies or in the event of non-payment. The seller reserves the right in particular to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered…

Article 6: Delivery:

Delivery will be made to any address in the national territory. It is only made after confirmation of the order and the choice of payment (payment by the seller’s banking organization; in the case of payment by bank card).

The delivery costs are indicated when placing the order. Deliveries are made within 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days (for certain cities such as Dakhla and Laâyoune) from the confirmation of the order; this period may be extended during holiday periods, public holidays, and weekends.

The seller will in no case be responsible for a delay in delivery due to a failure of the carrier, the absence of the recipient during the delivery of the order or incorrect information on the part of the buyer

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order confirmation, the buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Article 7: Return, refund and customer withdrawal clause:

In accordance with legal provisions, the buyer has a period of 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of his order, to return any item that does not suit him and request the exchange or a credit note, without penalty. The return of all the items ordered will give rise to a credit note, within 7 (seven) working days, equal to the purchase price of these items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, intact, unworn and complete (packaging, label, accessories, etc.), accompanied by the purchase invoice. The costs and means of delivery of the packages to be returned are the responsibility of the buyer. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be taken back and will not be subject to a credit or an exchange. For a question of hygiene, the return or exchange of tights is not authorized.

Article 8: Intellectual Property:

The content of the www.udones.ma site remains the property of the seller, the sole holder of the intellectual property rights over this content.

Buyers agree not to make any use of this content; any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and is liable to constitute an offense of counterfeiting

Article 9: Confidentiality and data protection clause:

The personal data provided by the buyer are necessary to process their order. The personal data collected on this website are as follows:

  • Opening an account: When creating the user’s account, their last name, first name and email address.
  • Connection: when the user connects to the Platform, it records, in particular, his last name, first name, connection data, use and payment data
  • Profile: The use of the services provided on this site makes it possible to enter a profile, which may include an address and a telephone number
  • Payment: As part of the online payment of the products offered on the website, it records financial data relating to the user’s bank account or credit card.
  • The personal data collected from users is intended to provide the services of the website, improve them and maintain a secure environment.

More specifically, the uses are as follows:
